Professor Emeritus János Vecsenyi has been teaching at Corvinus University of Budapest since 1978 and at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2011.
His major courses include ‘Starting and managing new ventures’, ‘Launching innovative new ventures’ and ‘Startup navigator’. He is the founder-manager of the StartupVIP incubator at the Budapest University of Technology.
Professor Vecsenyi is a graduate of Budapest University of Technology. He also holds a Ph. D from Budapest University of Economic Sciences, now Corvinus University.
Dr. Vecsenyi recently published three books on entrepreneurship: Starting and managing new ventures (2009, 2011); Entrepreneurship, the process (2002); Entrepreneurial organizations and strategies (1999). His newest book is coming out this fall Start your business smart. 12 steps from the idea to traction.
